At Techwear Originals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

We offer a 14-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included. Returns that show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
